500 g flour T45 
1 dry baker's yeast packet (Briochin type)

250g of warm milk

100 to 150 g of chocolate chips or 3-4 apples

Verdict: it is well-stocked, well risen this cake. I can not tell you if I preferred apple or chocolate (maybe Apple finally) I found that the shaping with the Nuggets was easier.
