Here's a dish made by Mr. chocolate some time ago. I could not take pictures of step, sir chocolate being very secretive when before his pots, he just told me he had taken the recipe for my famous neighbor Petitegentiane , and I don ' have not tried to find out more ....
For 6-8 persons :
4 legs with high chicken thighs
2 shallots
3-4 tablespoons of flour
50 cl of white wine (preferably the kind Savagnin Jura wine)
40 cl chicken stock
200 g of fresh cream thick

Separate knife thighs and thighs. Sauté the chopped shallot in a pan with olive oil.Transfer to a small bowl. When the meat is cooked, remove the chicken pieces in a baking dish.
In the pan where the chicken is cooked, add the sour cream with the remaining sauce, mix well. Salt and pepper. Add 150g of grated County (mixture of both counties) Cook for a few minutes until the sauce becomes homogeneous. Pour this sauce in the baking dish over the chicken and sprinkle with remaining grated County.
Put in the oven under the grill and let it broil for about ten minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving and enjoy hot.
