For 4-5 people :

Shred with a grater with large holes the washed zucchini (after cutting the ends) and peeled potatoes. Mix everything in a bowl with salt and pepper. add chopped onion, crushed garlic cloves and eggs. Mix well. Add 100g of grated cheese.
Divide all on a cookie sheet rolled silicone (if making a rectangle with a height of 1 cm on a sheet of baking paper) firmly pack everything and bake at 180 ° for about 30 minutes. Vegetables should be cooked and start grilling slightly. The "doormat" must be flexible to be rolled easily.
Meanwhile fry the meat in a pan with a little parsley and a little onion. Add two tablespoons of cream, salt, pepper, a teaspoon of mustard) mix well.
Turn the mat gently on a sheet of baking paper. If the inner side seems too pale hand it to the oven for 10 minutes.
Spread the minced meat on the mat and sprinkle with grated cheese. Gently roll the mat and return to the oven on a baking paper sheet for 10-15 minutes.
Serve warm quickly.
