verdict: I loved. I almost preferred the Laughing Cow. A try with goat cheese, Reblochon or Mont d'Or (or any cheese that melts)

I heated in the microwave the rest the next day, not bad at all ... the texture is soft and warmed but it is very good with a green salad.
