soft white cheese fritters (with or without thermomix)
Today flavourful recipes not diet, but occasionally it does not hurt. 
I had a donut command to do, and I wanted a change from my usual donuts spoon ormy fluffy donuts that always very successful at home, I know we can do with white cheese, so I improvised a little cheese-based recipe. 
This recipe has the advantage of being fast to do, there is no time to pause, and there is no need of fresh yeast, baking powder enough.
soft white cheese fritters (with or without thermomix)
for forty donuts : 
500 g cottage cheese 
3 eggs 
120 g sugar 
1/2 teaspoon fine salt 
500 g flour 
1 teaspoon baking powder 
25 ml oil
oil for frying 
sugar for finishing
the Thermomix:
Place eggs and sugar in a food processor, add salt, cheese and oil. Mixer 1 minute speed 4. Add the flour and baking powder and mix 1 minute speed 4. 
The dough should be thicker than pancake batter, slightly sticky.
without thermomix: Put in a bowl the eggs and sugar, mix well. Add remaining ingredients and whisk to avoid lumps.
The dough is ready to be used on.
Heat the oil in a pan and when it is hot, carefully pour a spoonful of batter in helping you to two tablespoons (I fee the dough with a spoon to fill but not too much and I pushes the dough with the other spoon to break down in hot oil) 
do the same for achieving 5-6 donuts depending on the size of the container used.Cook for a minute and then turn the donuts cook for a minute or two. Them out one by one and place them on paper towels then roll in powdered sugar.
    
verdict: not too sweet, fluffy, we all loved. 
You can put some more sugar (150 grams instead of 120), add some rum, a sachet of vanilla sugar, lemon zest, the water orange blossom ... 
for finishing, you can roll the donuts in cinnamon / sugar mixture and sprinkle with icing sugar.

I used white cheese 0% I did it, so I added a little oil, but if you use a cream cheese over fat, oil will not be necessary.

They are very good but do not keep very long time to eat so fast! 
When one is very greedy, you can soak them in jam, melted chocolate caramel with salted butter ... but shhh it's not not serious...
